In honor of the 18th anniversary of the day we met, here is a poem I wrote for our wedding. Love ya babe!

Through the murky depths of a sunless sea,
a bubble of life comes upon me.
Two timeless candles burn bright into one,
the glimmer of new life begun.

The river of angels, the shimmering sun,
their heavenly gift to bestow,
for love is a gift that is second to none,
and love is a river that flows.

Two children of love, to find each again,
like the joining of crystal blue streams,
to answer the heavens, to rise once again,
from the sea of waking dreams.
